I LIKE it when I measure my waist every week and write down the results. 

I LIKE it when I adjust my daily menu and exercise plan according to my daily weight.

I LIKE it when I drink a large glass of water prior to mealtime.

I LIKE it when I avoid drinking diet soda.

I LIKE it when I'm careful not to over-eat or drink just to please others.

I LIKE it when I'm able to stop and think before eating or drinking.  

I LIKE it when I measure my food portions so I stay on target.

When craving sugar I LIKE it when I eat a piece of fruit first. 

I LIKE to turn off phones and TV and focus completely on my food when eating.  

I LIKE it when I keep my body temperature as cold as possible.

 I LIKE it when I eat a substantial breakfast in the morning.

I LIKE it when I get adequate sleep every night.

I LIKE it when I'm able to eat slowly and enjoy every bite without distractions.

I LIKE it when I keep high calorie foods out of sight and better yet, out of the house.

I LIKE it when I keep my focus primarily on exercise and self-care rather than dieting only. 

I ENJOY it when I make it a point to have plenty of low calorie foods like fruits and vegetables on hand when feeling hungry between meals.

I LOVE eating small meals frequently rather than large meals less often.

I ENJOY it when I drink a little water and exercise briefly instead of snacking.

I LIKE it when I eat natural foods rather than processed foods.

It FEELS GOOD to remember to study labels before buying food. 

I LIKE it when  I keep track of my calorie food intake with a daily log.  

When feeling upset, instead of snacking, I ENJOY it when I can allow myself to "feel my feelings" until the compulsive urge to eat passes. 

I LIKE it when I eat less at night than during the day.

I Like  when I remember to repeat a SuprAff to myself when feeling the need to overeat. 

I ENJOY having daily exercise goals.  I know I need frequent exercise to keep any hard won weight loss in place.

I LIKE it when I remind myself daily that millions of people have been able to permanently lose weight. 

I LIKE exercising for short periods frequently rather than long periods infrequently.

I LIKE reminding myself that "urges do not compel me to "eat"

I LIKE reminding myself that urges are not excrutiating or unbearable.

I LIKE reminding myself that "urges" cannot drive me crazy.  

I LIKE it when I occasionally eat with the opposite hand.

I LIKE it when I arrange stored food visibility by nutritional value.














Choose from the following list according to that which you find believable and best fits your situation. Read or repeat out loud the SuprAffs daily until your new habits are firmly established. (The latest studies show the average time for changing habits is around 66 days but everyone is different and you will probably see partial results right away).  For best results use only a few SuprAffs at a time until your habits are formed.
