Choose from the following list according to that which you find believable and best fits your situation. Read or repeat out loud the SuprAffs (not the part in parenthesis which sometimes details the science and/or references supporting the affirmationi) three (3) times a day (preferably morning, noon and night) until your new habits are firmly established. (The latest studies show the average time for changing habits is around 66 days but everyone is different and you will probably see partial results right away).  For best results try to only change one or two habits at a time using SuprAffs.

                        SuprAffs: Social Skills

I like it when I can "face down" my fears and attend social events. (It usually helps elevate my mood once I get out).

I like it when I'm able to join various social groups such as volunteer groups, charities, library discussion groups, etc.. (It reduces my social fears when being around people with similar values to mine).

I like it when I'm able to practice being outgoing and gregarious in private.  (It makes me feel more upbeat and confident later in public).

I like it when I make frequent attempts to expand my social support group.(It increases my chances of finding someone to talk to when feeling the need).

I like it when I focus on others rather than myself when socializing. (I know I will receive more attention later by listening first).

I like it when I try to make new friends by smiling at strangers and striking up conversations regularly.

I like it when I call or write family and friends frequently. (It makes for closer relationships).

I like it when I frequently speak outloud into a mirror while smiling and then looking at pictures of smiling faces while speaking out loud. (It reduces my social fears and fear of speaking).

I like doing "mood elevating routines" like Accelerated-State Conditioning prior to going out in public.  (When my mood is elevated my social skills are greater).

I like reviewing all SuprAffs pertaining to social skills before attending an important event.

I like it when  I'm able to practice my social skills on strangers. (It helps me interact better at a later date with those I want to be close to).

I like it when I am not overly concerned about what others think. (It lets me be myself which others usually appreciate).

"I like it when I avoid being argumentative with others.  (I know It avoids unnecessary stress and hard feelings).

I like it when I smile frequently during social events. (Smiling puts others at ease and increases the likelihood of being approached).

"I like it when I try to match speaking styles with those I am talking to.  (Studies show "language style matching" leads to better communication and relationships).

I like it when I make an effort to maintain good eye contract with those I am speaking to. (I am more likely to have their attention and respect).

I like it when I make an effort to continually learn a little more about someone I talk with frequently.

I like it when I make an effort to go to new places and meet new people frequently rather than staying in a fixed routine.

I like reminding myself that I am "good enough" just as I am and improving social skills is just "icing on the cake".

I like it when I play, socialize and have fun with others on a routine schedule. (Studies show play slows aging and boosts the immune system).

I like it when I'm able to limit my social media activity to under two hours daily. (Recent study suggests that more that this results in significant increases in perceived social isolation).

The less you speak, the more you will hear.

I think I developed language skills to deal with threat. It's the girl thing to do-you know, instead of pulling out a gun.
