Choose from the following list according to that which you find believable and best fits your situation. Read or repeat out loud the SuprAffs (not the part in parenthesis) three (3) times a day (preferably morning, noon and night) until your new habits are firmly established. (The latest studies show the average time for changing habits is around 66 days but everyone is different and you will probably see partial results right away).

               SuprAffs: Productivity

I LIKE it when I review my tasks or "to-do list" daily.

I LIKE it when I keep my daily to-do-list down to a manageable size that doesn't overwhelm me.

I LIKE it when I do the task I'm LEAST looking forward to first in the morning. (This way the unpleasant task is not hanging over your head all day).

I LIKE it when I break down goals into smaller parts that I'm more likely to do.

I LIKE it when I only handle paperwork one time.

I LIKE it when I discard things that are not essential.

I LIKE it when I plan my work and then work my plan.

I LIKE it when I ask myself "what small part of this task am I willing to do now, no matter how small?

I LIKE it when I'm able to switch tasks when tiring of one, rather than stopping work completely.

I LIKE producing a little every day rather than trying to do everything at once.

I LIKE it when I do as many of tomorrows tasks as possible the evening before.

I LIKE it when I think about how I will feel and what I will gain once a task is complete.

I LIKE reminding myself that "talent" is being proven less important than thought. (The latest studies show "purposeful practice" is most often the key to success).

I LIKE repeating an extra SuprAff anytime I complete a task (as an extra reinforcement of my new habit(s).

I LIKE it when making second efforts are second nature to me.

Productivity is being able to do things that you were never able to do before.
-Franz Kafka

Productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning, and focused effort.
-Paul J. Meyer
The beauty of using techniques like SuprAffs to change habits lies in their ease of use. You don't have to force or white-knuckle anything. Just be patient and persevere and you will slowly feel like doing things differently.
