(The latest study showed the average time for changing habits to be around 66 days; but everyone is different and you will probably see partial results right away). 

For best results try to only change a few habits at a time using SuprAffs.

I like it when I'm able to limit my consumption of processed food and drinks.

I like it when I take the time to read labels carefully before buying food, beverages or supplements.

I like it when I take daily health supplements of vitamins and minerals.

outings in the car to avoid fast food stops.​
 
I like it when I allow myself to "feel my negative or anxious feelings" until cravings for sugar, etc. are reduced or eliminated.

I LIKE it when I arrange stored food visibility by nutritional value. 

I LIKE it when I include a preponderance of fresh fruits and vegetables in my daily diet.

I LIKE it when I eat a substantial breakfast in the morning. 






     I certainly feel that the time is not far distant when a knowledge of the principles of diet will be an essential part of one's education. 

     Then mankind will eat to live, be able to do better mental and physical work and disease will be less frequent.
