I like it when I'm able to get into some kind of motion when feeling unmotivated. (Studies show even the slightest movements often help us feel more motivated).
I like it when I'm able to take notice of circular, repetitious negative thinking and deliberately shift my thoughts, attention and focus.
I like it when I am careful to avoid spending an excessive amount of time around negative people.

I LIKE it when I pay attention to my nutrition. (Studies show a high correlation between healthy eating habits, mood and motivation).
I LIKE it when I'm able to get at least 30 minutes of sunshine daily. (Studies show a strong correlation between light exposure and motivation).
I like it when I spend time weekly joining and/or collaborating with others. (Studies show when people are treated by others as partners working together on a tasks, their motivation increases – even if they worked on their own).
I LIKE it when I take time daily to think back over past successes. (Studies show this gets our thoughts back on a positive track quickly).
I LIKE it when I' careful not too work too many hours per week. (Studies show it can be discouraging and decrease motivation).
