SuprAffs: Fear
It’s not that some people have willpower and some don’t. It’s that some people are ready to change and others are not

                                SuprAffs: Fear

I LIKE it when I renew my commitment daily to eliminating irrational fear from my life.

I LIKE it when I take time and think about the cause of a fear. (Sometimes I discover an irrational thought behind it).

I LIKE it when I confront my fears directly until I find a way to eliminate them.

i LIKE it when I'm able to identify "triggers and cues" that seem to bring on fear.

I LIKE discussing my fears with others. (They might see something that I'm missing and help me overcome them).

I LIKE it when I deliberately put myself into "minimally fearful situations routinely". (It helps "desensitize me from my fears in more extreme situations).

Choose from the following list according to that which you find believable and best fits your situation. Read or repeat out loud the SuprAffs (not the part in parenthesis) three (3) times a day (preferably morning, noon and night) until your new habits are firmly established. (The latest studies show the average time for changing habits is around 66 days but everyone is different and you will probably see partial results right away).
