SuprAffs-Affirmations

Choose from the following list according to that which you find believable and best fits your situation. Read or repeat outloud the SuprAffs (not the part in parenthesis) three (3) times a day (preferably morning, noon and night) until your new habits are firmly established. (The latest studies show the average time for changing habits is around 66 days but everyone is different and you will probably see partial results right away).  For the best results, only focus on a few SuprAffs (repeat the most important ones first) at a time until your new behavior or habit is well established.

                  SuprAffs: Affirmations

I LIKE it when I make a daily commitment to use  affirmations to attain my goals.

I LIKE it when I word my affirmations to be entirely believable. (Statements that I don't really believe can actually be counter-productive).

I LIKE it when I prioritize my affirmations so that the most important ones get repeated first.

I LIKE it when I am able to couple my affirmations with some strong positive emotion.

I LIKE creating my own "custom affirmations" that are very specific to the exact goals I have for myself.

I LIKE repeating my new affirmations until my new habit is firmly established. (Research shows it takes an average of 66 days to eliminate or establish habits).

Sometimes I like repeating  my affirmations while smiling and looking into a mirror and at pictures of smiling faces. (It reinforces socialization goals and eliminates social fear).

I LIKE it when I repeat my daily affirmations when my mood it elevated. (It helps create a "link" or "trigger" between repeating affirmations and the feelings associated with an elevated mood).

I LIKE thinking back over memories related to specific affirmations I'm working on. (It helps me "visualize" my goals).

"Its the repetition of affirmations that leads to belief which becomes a deep conviction, things begin to happen."
